PARIS FASHION WEEK MARCH 2012

A number of our designers showcased their Autumn Winter 2012 collections at various high-end luxury exhibition spaces around Paris for Fashion Week between the 2nd and the 5th of March.

RIKA OHWADA, HILDA MAHA, AASE HOPSTOCK, MICHEL MAYER, ROHIT GANDHI + RAHUL KHANNA, VALERIAN HUGHES, MARGARETH & MOI all presented to buyers from high-end stores from all corners of the world, such as Beams (Tokyo), Private Collection (Kuwait), LN-CC (London) and Dressterior (Tokyo), Isetan (Tokyo), Antonioli (Milan) and more.

ZIP ZONE – CERCLE DE REPUBLIC, PARIS 75001

A handful of our designers showcased their collections at the picturesque Zip Zone exhibition space.

AASE HOPSTOCK’s stand playfully stood out among the rest with her authentic leather shoes and accessories that popped with features of purple and gold.

 

 

RIKA OHWADA’s collection of 100% French Silk scarves, flowing tops and dresses proved to be of high interest among international buyers from high-end stores in Kuwait, Shanghai, Taiwan, Japan, France, United Kingdom and Spain.

 

HILDA MAHA’s AW 2012 beautifully sophisticated collection flaunted her original graphic prints of flora and pattern, juxtaposed with pastels, blacks and whites.

 

 

TRANOI – CARROUSEL DU LOUVRE, PARIS 75001

A couple of our designers showcased at the bustling Tranoi Carousel Du Louvre exhibition space including MICHEL MAYER

 

Also making a mark at yet another exhibition after New York and next to be at Shanghai, ROHIT GANDHI + RAHUL KHANNA appeared to have their hands full at most times throughout the week with many buyers interested in their hand-stitched sequin and embellished pieces.

VENDOME LUXURY – LE MEURICE HOTEL, PARIS 75001

VALERIAN HUGHES showcased their tailored AW 2012 collection at the Vendome Luxury showroom.

PARIS SUR MODE ATELIER – JARDIN DES TUILERIES, PARIS 75001

MARGARETH & MOI attracted much attention from by-passers and buyers from stores such as Beams (Tokyo) at the buzzing Paris Sur Mode Atelier exhibition space.

The label showcased their graceful AW 2012 collection inspired by a recent trip to Scotland. The collection consisted of a variety of luxury wools presented in tartans, basic and bright colours – with a hint of lambs’ wool, feathers and bows to add the finishing touch.
